Springboard Community

Springboard provides an immediate social network of similar dynamic people at the same age and career stage.  When you move in, you just have to tap into it but due to the way our accommodation is built you’re not forced to get involved… although almost everyone does.

Communal Space

The communal areas are for you to kick back and relax; we have put a lot of thought into making communal facilities in our buildings work for you. These include, cinemas, TV rooms, gyms, conservatories, games rooms (including table tennis and football), BBQ’s, terraces, large gardens. We are even planning a sauna and steam room, counter current swimming pool and a jacuzzi in one of our new buildings. Take a look at the building profiles to see what each has to offer.

In-House Events

We have had many Parties, BBQ’s, Comedy Nights, Bands, and Foosball Tournaments not mention the movies and sport in the Cinema. If you want to organize a party we will support you the only requirement is that everyone is invited. Friends are welcome to come over and it’s a great way to show off where you live.

Nights Out

We hold regular drinks nights at local bars and Springboarders are renowned for their ability to party on the weekends.

Springboard Online Community

Not a party goes by without the photos being loaded onto our Facebook group (search Springboard Urban Alumni). Most people are already members of facebook and it’s the easiest way for everyone to keep in touch online whether at home or at work.

Even the people who have moved are still involved socially so you’re not just limited to making friends with those who live with us presently.
