Clean Room 40 Point Check before you move in, to make sure everything is sparkling. A room that maybe looks great on first glance but you realize is filthy when you move the bed.
Laundry Modern serviced, clean laundry facilities with separate washing machine and dryer either in your kitchen or dedicated laundry room. Most places have just a washer dryer but did you know that it can only dry half as much as it can wash.
Central Locations All our buildings are located within zone 2 and five minutes of a tube station – meaning relatively cheap travel costs and fast travel times. How would you feel about a 20 minute walk each way from the tube station?
Contract You are the only person on your contract and are not tied to others. Several people on a contract and what if something changes for one of them?

The ONLY ‘extra’ is for the cleaning at 99p per day. It includes cleaning of the whole building, basement, corridors and also your flat (except your room) so that when you come home your building is clean, tidy and stress free.
